Refund Policy

 
We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.
 
We accept returns on all new unopened and unused products within 30 days from the date of purchase. All products must be returned in their original packaging with all initially supplied accessories and documents. All returns are processed within 5 business days and refund issued back to original method of payment used. If product we shipped arrived in damaged condition, it must be reported to us within 30 days from the date of purchase and we will gladly exchange the product or provide a new replacement part, depending on the reported product condition. Products returned back in incomplete or misrepresented condition are subject to a 20 percent restocking fee plus all applicable shipping and handling charges associated with return, which will be deducted from your final refund. All products returned back as "unable to be delivered" or "refused upon delivery", not due to a shipper or shipping carrier mistake, are subject to a fee equal to 20 percent of the product sales price.

RETURN POLICY:
 
You may return any new, unused product purchased from www.hongsean.com that is "Dead on Arrival," arrives in damaged condition, or is still in unopened boxes, for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. We reserve the right to test "dead on arrival" returns and impose a customer restocking fee equal to 20 percent of the product sales price as well as all associated shipping costs, if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. Any returned product that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or sent back in non-resalable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product. All products returned back as "unable to be delivered" or "refused upon delivery", not due to a shipper or shipping carrier mistake, are subject to a fee equal to 20 percent of the product sales price.
 
You must inspect product condition upon arrival and report any problems, within the first 30 days after receiving your order. We will not accept returns of any product more than 30 days after you receive the shipment.
 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Used products are not returnable and can only be serviced under warranty.
 
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, except for orders placed directly trough www.hongsean.com website.
 
Please do not send your purchase back without obtaining prior authorization and RMA number by sending us an email request to: info@hongsean.com
All returns will be processed within 5 business days after receiving product back.
 
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
 
Products returned back with obvious signs of use. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
 
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):
 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@hongsean.com.
 
REPLACEMENTS / EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE):
 
In the event if your product arrives defective or damaged, we will gladly replace it for you for the same exact item.
If you need to exchange it for a different item, send us an email to: info@hongsean.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item you would like to exchange.
